Instructions for the virtual conference

At 9 am (Paris/France time) on each conference day, speakers due to speak that day will receive an email (from containing a link to access the session that includes their talk. Please confirm the reception of the link to This link is valid only for the session where speakers give their talk. Other sessions are accessed through the regular links displayed in the program on the virtual conference platform. 


Reminder :

The final program, including selected talks and posters, is now fully available on the virtual conference platform that you can access from your online EMBO conference account (the link is at the bottom left panel, "Virtual platform > Access the virtual conference"). You can check the time slot that has been allocated to your presentation or poster.

To access the EMBO website, log in via the registration link of the following page :

-> Posters will be presented through "shared screen" mode in Zoom. A breakout room, named after the poster presenter, has been created for each poster and each presenter will be assigned by default to their room. We strongly recommend to present the posters as a PowerPoint/Keynote presentation of maximum 5 slides. A virtual white board will also be available in each breakout room.
